Will we strike?

Our number one priority is to get a good deal so we don’t have to go on strike. Even though we do not want to go on strike, we all need to stand together and take a Strike Vote to send a clear message to management that we are committed to getting a fair contract. If we were ever to go on strike we would first need to be released by the National Mediation Board (NMB), and we are a long, long way from that happening.
