What is the percentage of “FOR” votes that are we looking to achieve with the Strike Vote?

Our ultimate goal is to achieve a 100% “FOR” vote. The higher the percentage of the “FOR” vote, the stronger the message to management. Realistically we are looking to achieve a “FOR” vote percentage in the high 90s.
