Absolutely! We are all grateful and love our jobs! But Voting “FOR” in the Strike Vote does not mean that you are UNGRATEFUL, it means YOU WANT SOMETHING FAIR. We all work hard a play an important part in making Hawaiian Airlines the success that it is today. As you may recall when the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 was made into law several airlines announced that they would be giving substantial bonuses to their employees! Not Hawaiian Airlines. The company has enjoyed a windfall tax saving because of the Act alone. It’s not fair for the company to continue to make profits and ask us – the Flight Attendants – to basically take pay cuts.
