I feel a personal sense responsibility toward Hawaiian Airlines: to come to work, work hard, and represent the company well.
Most Flight Attendants share a similar sense of responsibility and are grateful for their careers at Hawaiian Airlines. Management should also have a similar sense of responsibility towards its employees – particularly when the company is profitable. When we were hired many of us felt supported when we were told that the company would look out for us and take care of us. Here is an opportunity for management to live up to that. We’ve kept our word. Voting “FOR” in the Strike Vote will send a message to management that they need to keep their word to the Flight Attendants.
